Ordering Items On Hand
All purchases of items in the On Hand inventory require full payment of the replica, shipping cost and any applicable taxes prior to shipping.

Include the Description of the replica, the Item #, your full delivery address and contact info. I will verify that the item is still available, and calculate the shipping charge prior to payment.
Any order for an item that is not in the On Hand inventory is considered to be a Custom Order.

If you have a certain color morph in mind, please attach a digital color photo or link to an online photo of what you have in mind and I will contact you to discuss your options. Most of the work I do is for Custom Orders, so don't be shy about showing me what you want. I can't guarantee that I can give you an exact color match to a particular photo, but I guarantee I can give you a very close match. Custom orders normally take 2 to 4 weeks to complete and require a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin the project.
The cost of shipping will be added to the price of the item. Delivery is usually completed within 1 to 7 working days with UPS Ground depending upon your location in relation to southern California. The cost of shipping is based upon your location and the size of the package. Weight isn't usually an issue, but the larger the package, the more it will cost. I default to using UPS, but I will ship with any carrier you prefer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost shipments must be reported to the carrier and Steve Bledsoe Replicas. If the package isn't delivered to you in a reasonable amount of time, Steve Bledsoe Replicas will file a claim with the carrier. A refund or replacement replica will not be issued to you until the disposition of the package has been determined and a claim has been filed and accepted by the carrier.
Damaged shipments must be refused and returned to the carrier. It is the responsibility of the buyer (recipient) to file a damage claim with the carrier. Carefully inspect any packages for damage prior to opening them to ensure the integrity of your claim.
Personal checks, company checks or cashier's checks are accepted by mail. Credit card payments and cash transfers are accepted through PayPal. (Please add 3% to all PayPal payments to cover processing)
Custom orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin the project, and payment in full prior to shipping.
Orders for On Hand items require full payment prior to shipping.
Items purchased from my On Hand inventory may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. Credit will be issued for the original cost of the item within 7 days of the date the item is received provided the item is not damaged or altered in any way. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Your personal information shall be used for payment processing and shipping only, and will not be sold or distributed to anyone for any reason.
Steve Bledsoe Replicas shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or damage caused by the misuse of our products.
